One key is for one person and can be active on up to 2 computers at a time. To move it, open Settings → License on the old computer and choose "Release this machine", then paste the key on the new one. If the old computer is gone (lost, broken, wiped), email support@harnesstron.dev from the address you bought with and we will free the slot.
Your purchase includes every version released within 365 days of the purchase date. Those versions keep working with your key forever, including after the year ends. A version released after your year ends starts as Free and shows "renew" until you renew. Nothing renews by itself and nothing is charged again unless you choose to. We have not announced renewal terms or a renewal price, and we do not promise one yet.
Yes. Pro re-checks your license once a day while you are online. If you are offline it keeps working for up to 30 days at a time; after that, connect once and it checks again. Your projects, chats and agents run on your own computer either way.
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, with no reasons needed: email support@harnesstron.dev from the address you bought with, with your order number. Lemon Squeezy, the seller of record, may also refund an order within 60 days where its own rules apply. A refunded key stops unlocking Pro at the app's next daily check, and HarnessTron keeps working as Free with your data untouched. Full text: Refund policy.
Free is not a trial and does not expire. It limits loops to 2 agents, only on Claude Code and Codex, and without escalations. It does not include scheduled loops, the repo graph and research tools, Git and Timeline, Skills, or the Moodboard. Everything else works, including agents talking to each other in chat threads and the loop canvas, and you can use it for commercial work.

Install the Free version, open Settings → License, paste your key and restart. Pro downloads and installs when you restart, and keeps your projects and settings. Your key arrives in the Lemon Squeezy receipt email and is on your Lemon Squeezy "My Orders" page. The after-purchase page walks through it.
No. Pro is one payment. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and handles payment, sales tax or VAT, and receipts.
Your chats, loops, agent output and code index stay on your computer and are never sent to us. Prompts and code your agents run through Claude Code or Codex go to those companies under your own accounts, exactly as they would without HarnessTron. What reaches our service is limited to license checks, purchases, price lookups and update downloads. There is no analytics and there are no ads. Details: privacy policy.
